When visitors submit forms on the site, or use online booking services (a third-party), we collect the data provided, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

We do use third-parties to send emails from our own domain, or for online bookings – but these are things that visitors subscribe to or opt-in to.
